Does O2E Brands offer sponsored degrees?
Pros
You can be chill at work and 5 weeks of vacation.
Cons
Pay is trash, going rate for someone with 1-3 years is around 75k for other places, but they only gave 55-60k, and when asked for a raise, they'd only give 6k extra which is still waaaay under the going rate outside. Moreover, your job there is to come up with data to please the leadership team, not to validate hypothesis.
Advice to Management
Start taking the numbers seriously, they don't lie, stop asking your analysts to fudge up numbers to prove yourself right.

-Hires based on attitude and culture, they will teach you the rest -I met many genuinely great people that I still hang out with after leaving -Fantastic benefits package -Rewards hard work
Cons
-The workload can be incredibly stressful at times -Training could use improvement -Many large projects such as software launches are often disasters
