Flexibility and 100% remote. Opportunity to learn.

Cons

Perks, insurance and advantages are not that great. Projects are a a bit limited in scope. Very high turnover.

Try to reduce ressources turnover by offering competitive conditions and enhancing the sense of belonging.

How are the career development opportunities at Nubik?

Pros

This company is by far one of the best I have worked for. From the onboarding to the daily operations, the whole company works to make you feel valued. They genuienly care for their employees, their well being and career advancement. The employees are encouraged to learn more and work on internal initiatives which brings value to the employees and the company. The team and team leaders are wonderful and work every day to provide with a better company.
