What is the hiring process like at Nolk?

Pros

Nolk has done a great job of putting the team first while still recognizing individual successes. The hiring process is considered and thoughtful, and the end result is a great group of people to work with. I've been fortunate to work with Nolk since the early beginning, being employee #2, and it's been a treat to see the company grow to what it is today. Aside from that, other notable highlights are: - Generous paid time off - Flexibility in working schedule - High levels of autonomy - Genuine concern for employee welfare

Cons

The office is lovely, but around 20 kms from downtown Montreal, in St. Bruno. Not the end of the world, but it is a bit of a tour to get there.

Advice to Management

The investments in company culture and activities like the Nolk running team are awesome - keep it up! It's great to work where the management does more than pay lip service to employee initiatives and joins the activities themselves as well.

The hiring process is considered and thoughtful, and the end result is a great group of people to work with.
