Does there seem to be diversity at New York Police Department?

None, other than knowing about where crime was happening

Cons

Incredibly hostile and toxic work environment Management does not know how to communicate Civilians are not treated equally to uniformed officers There was never enough work to do so we sat there bored out of our minds

Advice to Management

Don’t take out your frustrations on the employees below you. Have some respect and communicate like a professional.
