Cons

Pay is terrible Bad location if use car Bad management style( one knows all, their way or the high way). Over selling of company during hiring process. Problems never solved, same problem comes over and over and never fixed. Most managers and supervisers don t assume responsability for bad decisions. Managers ask employes to do impossible quantity of work in very little time. Big turn around du to low salary and to big promisses at hiring process.

Pay enployes better Change supervisers and manager who don t assume responsabilities an put the fault on other departements

Their salaries for technical staff are the lowest from the all the local universities. And depending on where your work at, the building might be super nice or terribly old, and you just have to accept you will spend the entire summer working in a room at 45oC because they don’t have plans to renovate, since everything is so bureaucratic.
