What is the company culture like at MavTek?
Pros
People were supportive and fun to work with and collaborate with. Interesting tech and projects for a lot of teams. Good growth & learnign opportunities even during pandemic
Cons
Missing office during the pandemic, didnt get to see people, or get certain benefits. And it made workflow or communication a bit more complicated beingremote.
Advice to Management
Great group of hardworking people with a solid mission
