What is health insurance like at Manitou Americas?

Pros

Good insurance benefits- great coverage and low deductible

Cons

Management, flexibility, no working from home (even during Covid - parents have to take unpaid time off or reduce salary if kids are in virtual school because of COVID), communication, micromanaging Management makes it very clear they do not care about their employees - they only care about profit and it is very evident in how they treat their employees. Crazy clock watching (doens't matter how early you get there, if you leave 1 min before 5, someone will complain to HR), co-workers try to get each other in trouble (i.e. my manager was on vacation, co-worker was off for 2 days - ON VACATION which was approved by my manager...someone complained to HR saying he was skipping out of work becuase my manager was not there....he was ON VACATION) Very patriarchial, no room for career advancement, awful vacation time, pay is not competitive at all. Mass layoffs are very common - don't see this company lasting more than 1-2 years MAX
