Pros
Diverse and inclusive Great place if you want to grow as a professional. Good work life balance Workflow is smooth
Cons
Team communication could be improved. I wish there was more projects. Pay could be better And I’ve been told an old colleague only got a 1 week notice before getting laid off.
Advice to Management
I know Mainframe has it hard right now but please don’t give 1 week notices. It just seems disrespectful

The best part is the people as the employment practices means it's an inclusive and friendly workplace.
Cons
Like many other industries, creatives are doing more work on tighter deadlines with less money. The stress is really high.

Great work life balance More job security than other animation studios inclusive culture and great people to work with Everybody is there to help

Probably lowest salaries in all of the animation studios in Vancouver Little to non existent benefits Mismanagement of projects can be frustrating
