What is the feeling of job security at Magnus Personnel?

Pros

Various employment opportunities. Fast replies from recruiter if it benefits them.

Cons

Very chaotic and disorganized staff. Requires a lot of follow up with staff to ensure you are looked after, reimbursed for expenses. Difficult to secure contract during the onboarding process, vague when you finally receive one. Schedule promised by agency is not what was actually assigned once working. Contract was terminated 20days into a 30day contract with vague reasoning as to why. Given short notice when contract is abruptly ended-less than 48hr notice. Overall would not recommend this agency. You are just a number to them, little regard for you, your career or your personal life.

Improve in all areas mentioned above.

What is the work environment like at Magnus Personnel?

Pros

Strong focus on team, culture and leading by example not by title

Cons

Hard driving environment, metrics driven. If you’re not a grinder, it’s not a place for you

Advice to Management

Best way to motivate your team is by showing them you’ve done it before and you did it extremely well. Show them how, let them run, then do it again.
