Each location of Magna is strongly supported by corporate leadership standards, making it a great place to take part in a rewarding growth experience.
Cons
Lack of diversity in products made in individual locations often leads to a plant closure if the singular client shuts down or doesn't accept product bid.
Advice to Management
Diversify the components manufactured at each location amongst several clients to ensure future job security.

Pros
The pay/benefits are just as competitive as other large automotive companies. They've made a lot of positive changes since the pandemic- more work/life balance, hybrid schedules, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
