I would advice to the management to be more transparent with an agency workers If no longer required loyal, commited and reliable agency staff please give them applicable notice as they have family to feed too

Mandatory overtime and last minute weekend schedule changes Low shift premiums MAD shift rotation every 2 weeks Boring at times Not enough vacation days to start (2 weeks per year for 3 years) Not enough training opportunities

Pros

Full-time pay is up to par, good people to work with, and Cafe food is good for the price.

Cons

Only 2 20min breaks per 8hour shift, rotating shifts(days\aft)(mid) a lot of new inexperienced leaders, profit share has been cut back, no pension plan now, forklifts are beaten to heck and rf equipment dated, always short-handed forklift drivers so transports can be behind by hours for loading and unloading. Over 300 plus security cameras are watching us daily. Mandatory weekend overtime.
