No transparency with salary bands and progression, seems like everyone is on the lowest pay grade. You ask for more and get shut down or ghosted. Limited career progression- opportunities only when someone leaves. Overworked teams, limiting opportunities to work on progressive projects, not replacing people when they leave. Disjointed product experience, lack of product knowledge and customer data. Keeping products that turn customers away. Too many managers - teams lack accountability and proaction to do anything major that will improve software for customers
