Why do MNP employees quit?

Pros

There are currently no pros to working at MNP.

Cons

Very, very poor job security. Observed 8 to 10 full time employees terminated in the department in under a year. The reason they are always hiring business analysts, project managers, and developers is they are getting fired and ruthlessly tossed all the time. This company deserves the same loyalty it shows it's employees. None! Raise your voice and you are out! You have been warned.

How are promotions handled at MNP?

Pros

- Great mutual respect between all teammembers and HR, they have always been transparent and fair. Smart colleagues. - Good perks

Cons

- The salary is wayy below the current market rate. Sorry, but developers are not the same as consultants. At least not from a demand perspective - Very slow promotion cycles for minimal salary bumps. You also have to work hard to earn it. Not worth it imo - You do the same type of projects over and over again - Old technologies - Surprise firings, and cold shoulders once you announce you quit
