What is health insurance like at MNP?

Pros

Great work/life balance, great exposure to different clients, company really wants to retain their CPAs (and other staff) unlike Big Four

Cons

Health benefits could use an update - other platforms are more user friendly

Does MNP pay for professional licenses?

Pros

Pays for cpa program. Good colleagues.

Cons

Awful pay. Terrible management. Stay away.

What is the retirement plan like at MNP?

Pros

- Work / life balance - RPP matching - Social committee events - Great culture (people are respectful) - Personal days every quarter - Overtime could be accrued to be used as time-in-lieu for non-managerial positions - Wellness subsidy provided every quarter

Cons

- Wages are way too low for support services - Had to pay for MSP (when MSP was in play) - Benefits weren't the best with relatively high premiums (depending on the plan you pick)

Pros

- Traveling (may also be a con depending on how much you like to drive) - Monthly company events (free food, massages, etc...)

- Long hours during busy season - Low-mediocre pay
