Right wing, anti vax managers who immediately try to figure out your political leanings within the first two weeks. Very cult like atmosphere, insisting it's a big family. Which is sort of is, in the sense that the CEO's immediate family work in management. Nepotism makes terrible departments. Poor onboarding process, very disorderly inter office community. Glassdoor reviews were written by the staff as a marketing campaign, very little truth with all these positive reviews.

Advice to Management

When you overwhelm new employees tasked with fixing up the messes you created previously, don't be surprised if they aren't friendly to you.

The people at Mayne are awesome! It's built a really strong culture, which for me is a massively important factor in a work place. The team environment is truly fantastic, and those around you are inclusive and always available to coach. Mayne truly invest in their employees and gives them the required tools to be able to do their job. It's fast paced and there's never a lack of things to do. There's tons of room for growth and the future is incredibly bright for this organization.

Be prepared to drink from a fire hose. If you're not able to cope with things moving quickly and lots of learning fast, it will be difficult then.
