-super friendly and energetic environment -easy to take time off (my managers are amazing) -customers are appreciative of your efforts -store level management is superb and very helpful -part-time benefits: 10% colleague discount after 6 months; dental and vision benefits available after cumulative hours are met (typically 3 years); "workperks" are also available where you can discounts for a bunch of other businesses (i.e. VIA rial)

Cons

-work not always recognized/ doesn't get appreciated -hours are always cut and they expect you to get everything done still with less help -head office makes unnecessary changes all the time to make things more overly complicated

There are benefits, a pension plan, and an employee discount on groceries

Cons

Cuts to employee hours company-wide is detrimental to the overall success of the business long-term. Schedules changing week-to-week and requirements to be available all weekend open to close are very detrimental to work-life balance.
