Engineering department is working on the latest and really cool technology stack, which gives great opportunities for members of the team to acquire various skills and learn many technologies. The culture is very collaborative and supportive and you get a chance to be involved in every aspect of SDLC. As a manager you get to have a say in engineering department, which is great.

Cons

Not very clear longer term (1+) product vision.
