How do employees feel about working conditions at Kognitive Marketing?

Pros

-Nice manager -Okay job -Bonuses depending on sales

Cons

-long hours under a gas station -selling credit cards under a gas station during the hot summer -in the beginning, it was okay and easy. As time went by, the job became very repetitive and annoying for me. -Team always insisting on knowing how many sales you had -I would sell around 40 credit cards per week but according to the manager, I did not make the bonus. After this, my motivation dropped.

Advice to Management

-Provide cash incentives instead of internal bucks incentives or gift cards.
