How are senior leaders perceived at Kognitive Marketing?

Pros

There aren’t any that I saw in the short time I was there. This is based on the interactions with the managers who I worked with on Canadian tire floor. I haven’t had any interaction with upper management or the ceo so no idea how they are but I assume they are equally to blame to create this work culture

Cons

They tell you there is a base pay but unless new associates ramp up their skills with in a few days they are after you constantly with random sales techniques that you are not able to make sales because you don’t want to mindset There are no proper trainings. Just a sales script which they obviously copied from a movie They will tell you we cover travel charges but afterwards you are told the first 20 kms to and back from work are not covered

Advice to Management

Invest in good training skills and trainers. If you are running a business learn to take risks and don’t offer base pay if covering $200 a week is hard for you to swallow for new sales associates on their first month on the floor FYI $200 is to match the base pay rest of the money for that weeks pay was covered by the commissioned generated by the sales
