What is the feeling of job security at Kognitive Marketing?

Pros

It depends on how comfortable you are doing it. When I was employed, the program was RBC Bank Credit Cards and AirMiles program. Your goal would be to sign up as many people as possible and your initial contact would be when the pull into the gas station to fill up for gas. Training was good and the employees seemed genuinly nice people.

Cons

Feels like a scam, similar to how Triangle rewards gets pushed onto you at Canadian Tire stores. You are signing up people to have more credit cards and you are doing it in a rushed manner, approaching them at unexpected timing and you have to be convincing and persistant.
