What kind of career opportunities exist at KnowledgeOne?

Pros

The people are open and friendly and always willing to collaborate and help out. There are a variety of projects to work on and so many different subjects you can learn about. The work-life balance is amazing and the hours are flexible. You have the option to work from home permanently or part-time. Most clients are amazing and open to our recommendations.

Cons

Hired on contract (but it’s almost always renewed). Contract renewal is very last minute. Some clients can be hard to work with. Salary is low. There isn’t much of an opportunity to grow in the company.

Advice to Management

Increase salaries Create more opportunities for growth Renew contracts earlier

Too many personal, sick and project days off (good for the employees bad for productivity) Downtown location though it is no more a pro given COVID Flexibility in terms of working hours Funded by Concordia university

Cons

Leadership is non-existing (no communication of direction, unclear objectives, too many office politics, etc) Job security and promotions are based on favouritism given the lack of leadership Some employees have no job security whatsoever

Change in leadership is a must Cut down on office politics and clicks Eliminate favouritism Better job security
