Advice to Management

You can hire a developer with a low fee but you must be aware, that developer could have many offers that that risk permanence in the company, if salaries are reviewed and raised according to the market, that possibility would decrease.

Pros

Great place if you are just starting out in software, you'll have the experience of working with US clients and get used to the way they work, and you'll learn depending on the client you get assigned

Cons

No real perks, just a dumb app for doing yoga and stuff but no dental, vision or insurance plans, low salaries if you are mid-level or senior, they won't pay you if you are on the bench (basically you'll become a freelancer), no career path. If you have already experience in software look somewhere else

Try to care less about getting new employees, growing & expanding, and care more about keeping the current employees, their needs, salaries and perks.
