What is health insurance like at InterDent?

Pros

401k, health insurance, dental stipend, challenging work atmosphere

Cons

Pay, production focused instead of patient focused, upper management has not worked at the practice level, zero work/life balance

What is the retirement plan like at InterDent?

Pros

Benefits, 401k, paid holidays.

Cons

Offices are old and outdated. Non digital offices . HR team and upper management are not helpful to employees. They pressure to all members to meet goals, caused a stressful work environment. Office reviews are poor due to lack of management and old office equipment.

Advice to Management

take care of all employees equally. Remodel offices and take care of facilities. Offices are outdated and patients don’t like that. Be involved in a professional way with all staff, instead of constantly pressuring them to meet goals. Strategize in better ways to communicate to all members.

How are senior leaders perceived at InterDent?

Pros

Standard benefits package. Paid vacation, holidays, company contributed healthcare

Cons

Horrible leadership team. Horrible worn down facilities with outdated technology. Hard to recruit clinical talent in clinics with no visibility, outdated technology and top it off with unrealistic expectations. Don’t let your reputation be tarnished by association

Advice to Management

Change your “manage by fear approach” leadership calls encouraged to manage by fear, “squeeze” more out of employees and “ apply more pressure” ...horrible environment. Company headed down the garbage chute. Employees have no respect for their leadership style and anxious to leave for better opportunities
