Does IKEA offer dental insurance?

Pros

Pay was excellent, as well as benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement plan), lenient schedule and lenient management.

Cons

Managers don’t always have your best intentions at heart. Administration and management will make it known to you that you’re on their radar. Sloppy training and laughable approach to accountability.

Advice to Management

Given the generous pay, IKEA managers’ incentives are lucrative with little consideration for their workers. Managers should be facilitating professional growth of their workers and go through rigorous leadership training. The high turnover rate of workers is a testament to the managements poor leadership and juvenile handling of accountability, professionalism, and thorough training. Management also encourages a corporate hazing culture that fosters office politics and, as a result, devalues the workplace and discourages merit based recognition and growth.

Pay was excellent, as well as benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement plan), lenient schedule and lenient management.

Does IKEA have a pension plan?

Pros

in terms of a company that actually looks after its employees IKEA is one of the best I've worked for. It pays the equivalent of the national living wage foundation which is a bit above national minimum wage, but not only this the benefits with the company are outstanding. A good pension system, solid in work benefits such as a subsidised restaurant, discount in shops and on sale items, good parental leave system, this list goes on we was even given a bonus for working over covid. Team leader and employees are some of the best people I've worked with

Cons

this isn't necessarily something others would care about but for me the nature of the company means the type of people working for it are very politically "left wing" which can be a bit unbearable at times if you're on the other side of the spectrum

A good pension system, solid in work benefits such as a subsidised restaurant, discount in shops and on sale items, good parental leave system, this list goes on we was even given a bonus for working over covid.
