What is health insurance like at IPRO?

Pros

Health Insurance Flexible work schedules (Remote not allowed*) CMS Governance (Easy targets/goals)

Cons

Below average salary/compensation No training or certification opportunities Cannot work from home (Remote not allowed) Very low scope for promotions Contract based (everything can change at a moments notice) Very weak upper management Toxic work environment Company culture is corrosive

Advice to Management

Start investing in your employees. The salary does not reflect the amount of work and responsibility put on employees. Majority of employees are doing the work of 2 or more people and sometimes represent an entire department. There is virtually no discussion when it comes to trainings and certifications as well. Yes health benefits are good but by no means are they a substitute to the horrendous pay IPRO offers. Many weak employees in high positions that do not deserve it. This has created a very toxic work environment in many Networks. Upper management splurges on unnecessary costs and ignores the true concerns of its employees.
