Advice to Management

A job nobody wants to have because it's not worth the pay and they will stress you out,no matter what shift you work if you work first shift that starts from 6:30 Am to 3:00 Pm second shift is even worse that starts at 3:00 Pm to 12:00 Am, not only that it is a horrible job with long hours it is so lame that it makes you want to walk off the job and leave.

Pros

Easy work. Great dental and health insurance.

Cons

Extremely low pay. People show up to work drunk and high. 6 day work week. No room for advancement. You have to wait for someone to retire. Then they give said job to one particular person.

Please stop hiring from the halfway house.

Low pay, no buzz in the office, no focus on personal development and limited career progression opportunities.

Look at how you can improve focus on personal and career development. Create a team culture through team away days, socials etc
