How are senior leaders perceived at HirePower (Canada)?

Pros

Great work culture, lots of freedom, manager checks in when needed and not overbearing (knows if I need her, I will reach out and that's how I like it), CEO is pretty approachable, very flexible and respectful of boundaries

Cons

sometimes lack of communication regarding next client placement

Amazing work culture, transparent, growth opportunities, the best CEO you could ever ask for! Very strong diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Cons

With it still being a medium sized employer, some of the added benefits you might want are not available. Maternity/parental leave coverage for example.
