Pros

There are none. Run away as quick as you can.

Cons

Upper management attends all the training opportunities. Rank and file are ignored and looked at as work horses. Very much a caste system. No diversity, nor is diversity represented in hiring or opportunities. There are constant layoffs where leaders are protected and workers are laid off.

Advice to Management

Stop the have and have not behavior. Get rid of the cliques.

Pros

There are multiple Diversity and Inclusion initiatives - Respect of the Individual is a one of the Harris Values.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to coordinate initiatives across Harris completely, with multiple timezones and availability

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing - it is an AMAZING place to work and the Values are not just words, they are truly lived out every day.
