Does HUB International offer massages?

Pros

Good teammates at the lowest level, free coffee, good benefits, and above market pay.

Cons

No training, yet they confuse an overview as training. Management in the NorCal region is clueless and losing money. To cover up that they are losing money they try to shift blame on Account Executives, Account managers, and/or Benefit Analysts. Southern California region is where all the stars and key drivers of revenue are located.

Advice to Management

Actually train your employees and start looking for new management. Also don't let your producers run wild.

Does HUB International offer dental insurance?

Pros

A very collaborative atmosphere, managers and executives are easy to talk to. Good work/life balance - very rarely work overtime. Benefits are great for dental.

Cons

Poor vision benefits. Pay is below average (sacrificing pay for the culture). Confusing c-suite structure - so many executives and VPs!

Advice to Management

There needs to be a better process for the flow of communication. Sometimes there is very important information that is not distributed because there is no process in place, and it seems like each executive thinks that the other executives are informing the staff when in fact nobody is.
