What is the feeling of job security at HEINEKEN USA?

Pros

Positive work environment with awesome potential to work anywhere in the world and sell beer! Good people to work with for the most part. Awesome HQ in White Plains, NY.

Cons

Management team needs work. Promoting and grooming the right people was not highest priority when I was working for HUSA. Several re-orgs and layoffs over the past 3-5 years has rocked this company and removed a lot of strong and talented people.

Advice to Management

Promoting and encouraging people who are a good fit, dedicated & passionate employees for this industry vs cherry picking people based on politics and age.
