What is health insurance like at Graham Construction?

Pros

Good pay and health / benefits.

Cons

Very little constructive feedback from more senior management. No room for movement into different roles. Lots of office politics (which seems to effect their hiring). Very little open communication and lots of closed door meetings. Need more diversity in the company. As is mentioned by many other reviews here - this is an "old boys club".

Advice to Management

Diversify hiring. Look into the HR department.

Good pay and health / benefits.

How are the career development opportunities at Graham Construction?

Pros

- good pay for an undergraduate - good opportunities to learn - opportunities for career progression

Cons

- not enough job roles - wasn't pushed out my comfort zone enough, tasks not challenging enough

Advice to Management

Give an undergraduate set tasks for the day and they can tick them off
