What is the feeling of job security at GlobalHunt?
Pros
* Just for Employment. * Need to work somewhere or other or be objective to be employable * Yes, just to run their career and life
Cons
*This is simply a recruitment firm and no one in this world has dreamed of working as recruiter in their lives. This never going to be dream company or fortune company in anyways. No recruiter will encourage their children to work as recruiter though for a such a organization. *Most of MBA qualified applicants were unable to get job or has been rejected in core HR roles will find a space or opportunity as recruiter here. So most of them turned recruiter were unable to find Core HR jobs. *Here graduates or MBAs even with poor communication or less scores or percentage can be hired easily but lack of job security later on and always feel the theft and danger of loosing job. *Humiliation is always part of the job as you have targets to meet and will be reminded as always by your managers. Threatened always of loosing job as targets are not met. * Service based - Job consultancy or manpower provider where less job security and attrition level is very high.
Advice to Management
Yes change your attitude and treat people equally. Do no humiliate during exit process stating lack of performance. Respect and honor them during all times. If unable to perform then train and groom them. Invest on your manpower. employees are not your slaves as treated by managers and under the eyes of management. All you get at the end of the day is mental fatigue, emotional stress and high blood pressure. Definitely not worth the time and money. Must learn from other Indian counterparts such as ABC Consultants, Ikea, TMI Network they have best practices in place for employee empowerment.
Job consultancy or manpower provider where less job security and attrition level is very high.
