Pros

Good people (the real workers - everyone supervisor and up are essentially just slave drivers).

Cons

-Leadership cares about leadership only -Constant layoffs -Poor pay -Work-life balance isn't great -Micro-managers in all departments -Outdated systems -Poor and outdated security controls -No vision (only focused on the now and the past) -Constant turnover in all positions ***It's just not a fun place anymore and we can't trust our "leaders". DO NOT WORK HERE

Advice to Management

Instead of slashing the salespeople, how about trim the excess fat in upper management? Classes need to be catered to the customer and not focused on GK's initiatives. If this company lasted another five years, I would be EXTREMELY surprised. They aren't keeping with the times. Gut the ties between UK and US and focus efforts IN THE US!!!
