What is health insurance like at FSA?

Pros

Possible flexibility, depending on the agency you work with.

Cons

Pay, insurance benefits, and most importantly the lack of upward mobility. You can go years without a .25 raise.

The company has great benefits and environment that is supportive

Cons

Working certain contracts makes the flexibility to change with the customer slow

Advice to Management

With having multiple contracts through multiple agencies all the contracts should have written in flexibility for adapting with the customer and their policies.

What is the retirement plan like at FSA?

Pros

Current supervisor is easily accessible

Cons

Lack of communication from top leadership, 401k employer matched benefits halted. Pay raises null and void. Advancement is hard to come by even after a lengthy tenure. Some PTO days were taken away after new contract went unto place. Retired government employees come in making more money than those who have been with the company for over 15 years.

Advice to Management

Ensure that you review how long an employee has been at the company and pay them accordingly. Communication is key especially when you work in the field.
