How are senior leaders perceived at Evisort?
Pros
Flat organization - There is no hierarchy here whatsoever. The CEO is extremely accessible and if you have ideas, you can talk him, or any other exec/manager about them. They'll actually listen and if they like it, may start implementing your ideas immediately! Huge growth opportunity - We are disrupting a huge market and are growing very fast. That means you will be asked to do things you may not have done before, which can be very exciting. Lots of promotion opportunities as the team grows. Sales support & infrastructure - In many sales orgs, reps are just tossed into the mix and expected to figure everything out. Here we have built out playbooks, sales ops to make sure you work efficiently, and constant iteration so you're able to be as effective as possible. The CEO is sales-minded which is invaluable for a growing startup like us. Work flexibility - The company is flexible if you have family obligations or need to leave early. As someone who needs to leave work early to pick up my child from day care, I have the freedom to do so and work remotely when needed.
Cons
Not for the faint of heart - This is fast paced job, and there are high expectations for everyone on the team. This is not the type of job you just punch a clock.
