Advice to Management

Stop thinking short term and making cost cutting actions to keep stakeholders happy. In less than a year, there were multiple rounds of layoffs during the pandemic. Now, many positions are opening up and but not all will backfill those who were laid off or voluntarily left. Seeing all of this is making employees' morale drop.
