1 - Harassment and bullying of females is ignored by HR and senior management.
2 - Sexual harassment is rampant and most managers turn a blind-eye.
3 - If circumstances require an investigation and corrective action, then most often nothing will be addressed by senior management.

Advice to Management
Sexual harassment and bullying training and education needs to be brought into modern times. The poor work culture at Enmax is similar to the 70's and 80's and would make a good case study for a student (or a judge)
