average salary for South Africa for foreigners. clawbacks for every benefit you get (1 year, have to pay back partly if you resign) barely room to grow, it seems like people are just blocked to move to other departments no matter how good the interview feedback is. no proper reasons given as to why closing departments for now reason, you think you have a secure job the next moment they tell you to apply for your own position again or find something else within 2 weeks..

This con is subjective.

Advice to Management

This company can, and does have the exterior perception of an innovative, 21st century, high-tech, service orientated industry leader. However, it would be recommended to not be completely dazzled by this outward reflection. it will be emphasised to you on multiple occasions in a boasting manner. In many ways, attempting to instill a mentality of servitude once employed. The reality is, employees in the service sector are expandable.
