Pros

Great benefits and the leadership most of them anyway seem to truly care about employees

It's a big company with some selfishly eager middle managers that can make it hard for you to advance.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Deluxe Corporation?

Pros

This company has so much heart, in the life-timers from Deluxe Checks, through the team onboarded through acquisitions, and the newbies coming on board quickly to help with the growth of the new and changing business model. There is such a strong positive attitude with everyone in the company, with a passion for what they are doing, and a love of the company itself.

Cons

While the company has been reshaping their business model to grow with new and current technology, there are the slight feelings of "growing pains" in that there is A LOT of change happening, so many great visions, and goals. It can cause some confusion as the right people, and teams take hold and move toward a new BAU. This allows for the Con to be a Pro in that so much valuable change management work is happening!
