What is the salary like at Deluxe Corporation?

Pros

Some of the teams are great to partner with and the pay is good for upper leadership (no surprise there)

Cons

Most of the leadership is quite bad. The work environment is horrible. They just put in new "cost effective" lighting that is giving many employees headaches. They continue to do cost cutting, on things from getting additional training to reducing the bonus structure, all while asking the employees to do more. 40 people have quit from my area in the past 1.5 years. Also, there is no career growth here from most management. They're using project methodologies and technology from the 90's, and they're wondering why things aren't working.

Advice to Management

Get a clue. You've got a horrible reputation in the Twin Cities area, due to how you treat your employees. "New Day" is a joke to the people working here. It's the same as it's always been. Leadership not listening to the people (customer or employee). It's no wonder the stock is where it is at. Good luck, Barry. Change is definitely needed.
