Front office in charge is only concerned with $$$ coming in the front door; students are all just numbers and the sooner they leave will allow for new $$$. Instructors are given little to say about the day-to-day operation and are told to teach with little or no materials / supplies, thus creating a larger bonus for the front office by reducing costs and maximizing $$$ coming in through the front door. At $20,000.00 a pop, students are frustrated at instructors for not providing a quality learning experience...

Front office will not change as this is a 'for profit' corporation
