What is typically worn or allowed to be worn at work at Conversion Digital?
Pros
- Central location (Queen-Spadina) - Flexible hours - Big clients - Growing company - Company pays for Salesforce training
Cons
- Below-market salaries - Deadlines can be unrealistically short - No code repository/version control system, making collaboration difficult and risky: Devs store work locally, and email files to one another - Non-devs are allowed/expected to edit code. This riskiness is compounded by reusing buggy client HTML, and editing right in Salesforce (or other browser-based CMS)... exacerbating the version-control issue, and creating emergency overhaul jobs for the dev team
devs are allowed/expected to edit code.
