How is management perceived at Conversion Digital?

Pros

Work to life balance is better then some, but definitely not the best.

Cons

The compensation is under market value with minimal employee benefits. Conversion claims to be a small business but that just translates to the worst of both worlds, low pay and no formal upper management which doesn't work for a company that's growing quickly. With the lack of upper management, all decisions are either made by C-Suite (who are too detached) or Account Managers (who are too close) on internal issues. Work is given informally with short deadlines (ASAP) and no list of deliverables or briefs. There is no formal process to make complaints and voice your concerns as an employee.
