Pros

You get to work on great products with great passionate people. You have the opportunity to work in a multi disciplinary team, where everyone can share ideas and input. Modern design and development practices make the work feel fresh. The Android codebase is entirely Kotlin MVVM Working from home was easy and the IT team is super helpful with anything that can go wrong Office is dog friendly. The company supplied snacks or sometimes meals (even when working from home)

Cons

My benefits got reduced shortly after I joined. The package wasn't awful but It was pretty good before ~Nov. 2020. It was a company wide change not just me personally. There were often large changes to how we were expected to work. Changing from Agile with 1 or 2 week sprints to Kanban and back to sprints a few weeks later. Not a big deal but did make it harder to get into the swing of things.
