Advice to Management
Don't tell your staff that "we are in this together" when you have no loyalty to them and if you lay them off, do it at the start of their shifts, not at the end or halfway through it. Stop lying to your staff when you tell them that you are helping former employees every step of the way when you are not. When the second wave hits, try having the board and CEO take a pay cut rather than lay off employees that rely on their job or try reducing hours temporarily.
