Does Coca-Cola Canada Bottling offer sponsored degrees?

Pros

Union, Decent pay, Decent benefits, Automated equipment and new equipment

Cons

They don't give time off outside of your vacation, Expected to work long over time, Pension is only 4% DC, Stuck in your position for life

Advice to Management

Allow employees more time off.

Does Coca-Cola Canada Bottling offer vacation time?

Pros

Lots of Opportunites for Upwards movement if you put your time in and are willing to move. Good time off plan, excellent benefits, and pension.

Cons

Very difficult to have a work-life balance, the pay is below industry standards, and the company seems to constantly be changing priorities.

Advice to Management

Allow your team to focus on what is important and go from there, stop trying to change priorities all the time.

Good time off plan, excellent benefits, and pension.

Does Coca-Cola Canada Bottling offer disability insurance?

Pros

Great extended benefits, and vacation, fun work environment

Cons

Micromanaged, Expect the world class service on the phone even though half the products are out of stock and no one returns calls to customers. Understaffed in the busiest season as everyone is on short term disability, MAT leave, personal leave of absence, or quit. Management has favourites and only support and push those that they are close to

Advice to Management

Hire more people, and do not use and abuse the great employees you already have, or else more people will quit or use short term disability to get out of this place

Does Coca-Cola Canada Bottling offer massages?

Pros

Free drinks and overall good corporate culture. The office is also really nice being located near Distillery District in Toronto.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Wages are below market. Private company so not share ownership plan and therefore no profit sharing.
