I enjoyed my time working at Cerner. Great work experience, nice amenities and great benefits. Its a healthcare IT giant and they are great at what they do. Especially healthcare and 401K is very well provided for. The office buildings have a clinic, a pharmacy, a gym, a giant food-court, a coffee-shop as well as other necessary providers in the building. All their campuses were amazing with ample space for both work as well as rest, recreation, praying etc. I will highly recommend.

Cons

Your experience will depend on the team that you work for. My first manager was quite terrible and petty. I switched teams after the necessary period because I couldn't see myself grow with while reporting to the first manager. My second boss and the team were amazing and I still miss working with them. My second manager cared about the people and their growth on his team. About each one of us. It was a complete opposite experience than my first 18 months there. So your growth and other experiences will largely depend on the team and manager you work for. But I guess that's true of any place.

Pros

Nice amenities on campus. Passable health plan.

Cons

They are predatory and will work you like a dog. They promise a 4 week sabbatical at 7yrs of service but never let you take it.
