None but 5 times over

Cons

Minimum wage. No job security. I was employed on a part time contract to do 3 days a week and never took and holiday days. Then they changed me to a bank contract without asking me and all my accrued annual leave just disappeared. Company disputed that they didn't have to pay it to me.

-Didn't lay staff off during pandemic and found suitable roles in other care homes instead. -Offer perks like £100 Tesco voucher during carers week -Offer progression -5 star care homes - nice environment

-Minimum wage -Nothing else to report
