Pros

Good pay, excellent benefits package, top notch pension plan, steady hours, no weekends or holidays, opportunities for overtime.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement (you better like what you get, because that's where you'll stay forever), low budget for training opportunities, toxic work culture (between employees, managers are actually decent), lack of inclusion/diversity.
