What is health insurance like at CPCS?

Pros

Good Benefits (4 weeks vacation, health & dental, matching contribution retirement plan). Interesting projects all over the globe, with a very diverse international team. Very resilient post-Covid-19. Immediately adapted to work from home flexibility. No layoffs. Took an progressive approach with leadership taking the highest % pay cut. Great company to start out in, focused on developing talent "from the ground up".

Cons

Can be difficult adjusting to the sometimes unpredictable ebb and flow work pace of contract work. This is going to be an inherent part of any company in the consulting industry.

Advice to Management

Management has been very responsive to employee concerns and feedback. Keep having open discussions, it's great to see that as part of company culture.

Even with flexible time, projects come first meaning you have to rearrange your personal life around them. But this is probably the nature of consulting. Use of timesheets Small teams

Does CPCS offer relocation assistance?

Pros

-Management team is sensitive to employee feedback and doesn't throw employees under the bus -Inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity in all its forms -Friendly colleagues make for a friendly, drama-free atmosphere -Competitive benefits package that emphasizes mental health -Compensation is fair in relation to weekly hours worked

Cons

-Some divisions in the company are still growing. Employees in these teams must be receptive to sudden priority changes and learning skills outside of their expertise.

Advice to Management

Growing these divisions at a faster rate may be worth considering. This would allow employees to stick to what they do best and ultimately deliver even better products.
